Human Rights

Our commitment to Human Rights is set out in our Ethics and Conduct Regulation, Policy of Respect for People and their Diversity, Corporate Security Policy  and in our  Indigenous Community Relations Policy. The content of these is based on international standards such as the United Nations Global Compact, the fundamental principles and rights at work and Convention 169 of the International Labour Organisation (ILO), the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, and the lines of action for the International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP).
